I am from Nov 2008 batch, but only started the course in Jan 2009.

I have started to trade wisely and correctly after which I had started learning the T3B system.. and to encourage all fellow T3B students continue to apply T3B rules, I wish to post my recent 6 over months of trades (summary)..

I am happy till date i had realized profits = $133K+ (with starting capital est. $35K).. and I am now a full time trader cum FA with CIMB-GK..

As few of T3B members are already awaken, I am 4th July batch junior in T3B community and passion to trade in STI/HS/DJ stock market. I completed my first month using T3B system.
started to use T3B system on 7th July onwards daily ,to trace opportunities in the charts.
I had abandoned other 3rd party systems , now diligently using convincing T3B platform to simplify and less time consuming to invest my stock portfolio.
I am glad to inform during July month, I have made a nett profit of SGD 22,064.00

Hi guys and gals,

I am from the most recent May'09 Vesak Day batch of student. Wish to post my success story here as I feel i own somebody a big thank you!

I got to learn about t3b from my colleague which was from the 2007 Oct batch. Initially when i was introduce to t3b, i refused to acknowledge that such platform can actually make $ with a success rate of 70-80%. I feel the course fee is too expensive which is also one of the reason that stop me from signing up the course.

By end April'09, I have already lost quite a sum since started trading at end 2007. I was just gambling in stock market. I got to wake up when my colleague enlightened me that I dun even fit to be a trader but instead i am a gambler in the market.

Finally I pick up my courage to sign up t3b course after the impressing preview given by Derick. I begin starting to trade using t3b platform with an initial capital of $5000 at from the beginning of this month.

Today is 29may09, which also mark the end of month trading day. I took a look at my portfolio and was very happy with the result. I made $20k out of a mere $5k capital. It is 400% profit. Amazing right?

Now I would like to take the opportunity to thank Keane and the group of t3b mentors for making me a success trader. And not to forget the most biggest thanks go to my colleague who is none other Mr Heng Siong Pin.
If I can do it, all of you can!

Hi all (long story ahead)

I joined T3b last yr but have not posted anything till today. I'm posting because, like many of you, I think I totally owe Keane, mentors and all you active forumers a big THANK YOU.

I joined last year when CMC was restricting lots of shorting counters. So there wasn't a single thing to short and I became super anxious. So, I let emotions get the better of me - when I found a counter that could be shorted, I just anyhow went in even though it wasn't a good counter. I lost on that trade.

A month or so later, I joined another stocks course (which name I won't mention) It was not a bad course, but I again did something super duper wrong - I tried to 'combine' strategies from that course and t3b's. Needless to say, I lost money again.

By March 2009 I was feeling desperate and depressed. I didn't blame the system, cos it's SO obvious it works, but I blamed myself for being such a failure. What's more, I totally HATED my job but was stuck in it unless I could find an alternative. By March, after trading for 5 months, I was only seeing a pathetic profit of $1000. (cos there were so many losses as well) So I made the ultimate mistake - when one stock I shorted started to rise, I refused to cut loss, telling myself 'It's a bear market! Surely will drop again!' In fact I CANCELLED my cut loss!! The end of this story is obvious - in just one day, I wiped out even the $1000 profit.

Then I went for Keane's April meeting (THANK YOU KEANE!!) and one thing he said struck me: "Break peak buy, break trough sell, very difficult meh?" Actually this was what I heard mentor Elizer saying once, "Until I went to the sea one day and told myself, BP buy, BT sell, everything else I don't care already. " I laughed like mad when I heard Elizer saying it cos it totally applied to me!

So to cut this super long story short, I threw all the fancy-schmanzy "strategies" out of the windown and followed the rules, followed the rules, followed the rules. Break Peak buy, Break Trough sell. Everything else don't care! Even to the point where I told myself strictly NOT TO SMILE when I saw the daily profits. (must be emotionless!) From April to now, my capital has multiplied MORE THAN 4 TIMES.

Last month, I could even quit my job full-time and take on a part-time post, and I am so contented with life now.

So I am posting this to encourage all those people who are not experiencing success (YET). I used to be one of those scrolling thru this forum, depressed that everyone else was successful except me. Although I am still far from my trading goals - i.e. to be full-time, I just wanted to share that success comes with strictly following the t3b rules. THEY WORK BIG TIME.

SO, thank you again Keane, mentors and all you forumers!!

I joined T3b in july, started 8k account in late sep with CMC due to work commitments. (looking back, I could almost bang my head)

From 24-sep till today 29-oct, my 8k portfolio grew to 19k

I made a couple of mistakes on closing my positions too early at first. But with the concept of riding the trend down, I shall use the exit strategies only when there is a clear indication of a change of trend.

it had been a long time since i logged into the forum due to my busy schedules.

i am pleased to say that with the help of T3B knowledge and other charting tools that i acquired, i managed to make more than $25,000 within 8 months. the charts allow me to identify the entry and selling points to make my investment decisions.

this amount may be small to many but it is a confidence booster for me as my investment capital is only $60,000. 41% return within 8 months.

yesterday, i sold my capitaland share and profit more than $1100.

i sold my capitalmall asia 2 weeks ago and profit $1,000.

i also shared my trading knowledge with fellow T3B students and they also benefited from me.

currently, my portfolio consists :-

just bot sembmarine share while writing this mail as the price dropped below 40 days ave.

Joined the June class despite going for the April preview. Delayed for a month due to a trip I made.

Anyway, bought my first counter on 17th June. Due to market adjustments and the garment's announcement of the tax on property sales, (bad timing) I lost about 20% of my capital. Mostly due to 2 property counters.

I persevered and followed the rules despite cutting losses on counters that later went up higher.

Today, I have recovered all losses, covered course fees and more! I'm sitting on a unrealised profit (after losses recovered) of almost 40% of my capital! That's decent I think for a newbie in less than 2 months.

Thanks Keane! My only regret is not joining sooner!

Hi Folks

I was thinking to start a little thread for class of April 09 to encourage fellow classmate to take action and to boost the morale of those who suffered a little losses.

(Moderators - I hope this is fine with you)

I will start with my story below

Shortly after the class, the accounts was opened and what not. but I didn't really trade as there were no sign of 1 year high. except in HK market. activating HK market took me more then a week and learning the MFG platform.

Finally trade with 5K capital.
1st trade, I short capitalland (1 lot) when it broke trough, had a good run down but I keyed the stop and limit price in reverse. YES reverse and my 200+ profit profit turned into a $7 net kopi money. I was like hurray! luckily I'm out as capitaland moved from that low upwards steadily.

Lesson learned -
1. learn your platform and learned it well.
2. don't trade 1 lot, the commission and charges outweights the profit you may gain

With the luck with my 1st short, I short again on Venture. cut everything short, lost 8% of my capital. Why I chose to short Venture, base on my trading instinct from past trading style.

After these 2 incidents, no more shorting in a uptrending market. I sat down and told myself to strictly follow the rules. 1 year high, good volume, low kline buy breaking peak.

Since then 14 trades. All but except 1 need to cut lost. The rest are all good with a 54% increase in trading capital in 3weeks of trade.

I still have to learn the exit rules, the previous major drop on wall street I exited all positions even before the stock break trough, I thought 1 bird in the hand is better then 2 in the bushes. However some birds proven to fly higher after taking a little rest.

for the current sharp decline by Dow and HKSE, I'm determine to hold until break trough to sell.

In term of percentage I have +50.2% of winning, but in term of dollar value i'm just near where i start off. Nevertheless T3B system has help to sharpen my skill alot and i'm learning alot from this forum. Thank you Keane, mentors and T3B forumer for your selfless effort.
